This delightful beach house is situated directly on Mullins Beach and offers endless views of tranquil beauty. Both bedrooms are air conditioned with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. Sleeps four. The sitting room flows onto a large covered terrace for cool dining with Caribbean Sea lapping lazily just a few feet away. Adjacent to the terrace is a garden and a large wooden sundeck with four sunbeds. The kitchen is fully fitted and opens onto the front courtyard. The house has a monitored alarm, security system, and night guard from 7pm to 11.30pm. The maid works 6 days from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. She will do your personal laundry as well as ensuring there is an adequate supply of clean sheets and beach towels. She will also cook 2 meals a day. The purchase of food and drink is undertaken by yourselves. The maid has a private room adjacent to the front courtyard.
