Rental - Sunset Reach. Easy Reach

We require a 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure the booking.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure and is also non-refundable if you cancel during this period and we are unable to relet the houses.

We reserve the right to deduct any associated costs incurred in trying to relet the houses.

The price for Sunset Reach is for 4 People only and Easy Reach is for 6 people only.
Extra children will only be allowed with prior permission and shall be charged at £250 per child per week.

We also cannot take responsibility for personal accidents or loss from theft.

The purchase of food and drink must be undertaken by yourselves.

We also reserve the right to charge you for any damage you or your party may cause to the property and its contents and your credit card details will be required on arrival by Hamptons to cover the event of this.

I therefore strongly recommend that you take out the appropriate insurances to cover yourselves.
